How does it work? 

http://ftp.medialogue.be

• You can create an account directly on the main page (or use the following link: http://ftp.medialogue.be/create_user.asp  ), your password will be generated automatically.
• Once you have successfully created a user, you will receive an e-mail with an activation link.
• Once you have activated your account, you can start using our FTP service to upload your ads.
• All fields (magazine, issue date, product and theme) are mandatory and must be filled in before you can upload your PDF file.
• Use the Browse button to pick up your file, after selecting the file, use the upload button to send.
• After successfully completing the upload process, you will receive a confirmation email.

As a member of Medibel+ ( http://medibelplus.be ) and the Ghent PDF Workgroup ( http://www/gwg.org ) we follow their directives:

The advertising material has to be composed according to the MagazineAds_1v3 guidelines:

• PDF 1.3 (compatibility Acrobat 4)
• Only CMYK color is accepted
• Images must be 300dpi
• ICC profiles must not be included
• Transparency and layers are not allowed
• All Fonts need to be embedded in the PDF file
• 2/1 pages as 2 separate PDF files: 1 Left page and 1 right page

Use the FTP server as the main delivery portal for all advertisements in our magazines.
